6 simple steps for complete relaxation

Step 1: Find an open and comfortable space. We recommend a bed or stable flat surface.

Step 2: Place your towel insert into the blanket. If desired, now is the time to change into loose fitting clothing.

Step 3: Plug your controller into the blanket, and plug the controller into the power socket. Press your device on.

Step 4: Set the timer for your desired session duration (the default setting is 45 minutes, but the available range is 30 to 60 minutes). Adjust to your preferred temperature (available range is 30˚C to 75˚C), then your session will begin.

Step 5: Relax into your infrared blanket. Ideal for listening to music, guided meditation or a podcast to enhance your experience.

Step 6: Once complete, remove the towel insert, unplug your device and wipe clean before next use.

Expert Advice: For first use, we recommend starting on the lowest temperature. You can gradually increase the setting up as you acclimatise to your sessions. We also recommend drinking 200ml to 300ml of water before your session, and drinking a glass afterwards to replenish your body’s hydration levels.
